It is among the largest and most experienced not-for-profit providers of life plan communities and home health services in the United States. OPRS offers varying levels of care, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care across 12 life plan communities and through their home health services. The organization is dedicated to providing the highest quality of life and level of care for older adults across Ohio.
