Montana Affordable Housing consists of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-Income properties. These properties include affordable single family homes, townhouses, and apartments. Montana and HUD have made affordable housing a priority by allocating housing vouchers, rental assistance, homelessness resources and more to help make housing security a reality for individuals and families. Currently there are total 337 Section 8 Approved units in Montana.
