Shelter

Description

The Crosswalk Teen Shelter, part of the Volunteers of America (VOA) in Spokane, Washington, provides a variety of services for homeless teens. This safe shelter program offers emergency care, education, counseling, and job placement services to homeless, runaway, and at-risk youth. Their goal is to reconnect these young individuals with the community, education, and employment to assist them in becoming successful and independent. They also focus on providing a supportive environment to help teens develop life skills and a sense of self-worth.
