The Bell Family Shelter is a branch of Bell Socialization Services which offers emergency shelter services for homeless families and single women. The shelter, located in York, Pennsylvania, provides temporary housing for up to 30 days and accommodates up to 40 people at a time. Besides offering a safe place to stay, the shelter also provides meals, counseling, case management, and assistance with housing search. The ultimate goal is to help these families and individuals find stable housing and regain self-sufficiency.
