PATH (People Assisting The Homeless) is a comprehensive resource dedicated to ending homelessness for individuals, families, and communities throughout California. It provides a wide array of services including outreach, housing navigation, interim housing, permanent supportive housing, homeless prevention, and veteran support. PATH's ultimate goal is to build affordable housing and provide supportive services throughout the state of California, with its efforts impacting over 20 communities and contributing to the overall objective of reducing and eventually eradicating homelessness.
