The Norma Herr Women's Center, operated by the YWCA of Cleveland, provides a multitude of services to homeless women. The Center serves as an emergency shelter for women in crisis, where they can find a safe and supportive environment. The women at the Center are provided with meals, essential items, and access to showers. In addition, the Center offers comprehensive case management, mental health services, and trauma-informed care to help women transition out of homelessness and into stable housing. The Center also advocates for policy changes to address the systemic issues contributing to homelessness.
