Comserve Alliance is a non-profit organization that has been committed to serving the homeless population since its inception in 1984. Originally known as the Utah Association of Counties and Transient Services, it was rebranded as Comserve Alliance in 2018. The organization has been instrumental in providing aid to the homeless through various programs such as emergency shelter, transitional housing, and rapid rehousing. Its mission is to end homelessness by creating strategic alliances, advocating for effective public policy, and facilitating the delivery of appropriate services.
