The Carying Place (TCP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing transitional housing and life skills training for working homeless families in North Carolina. Their unique program offers a comprehensive approach to empower families to become self-sufficient, independent, and break the cycle of homelessness. TCP provides not just a home, but also a supportive community including volunteers who mentor and guide these families through financial management, job searching, meal planning, and more. The ultimate goal of The Carying Place is to enable families to secure and sustain their own permanent and safe housing.
