CEAP (Community Emergency Assistance Programs) is a Minnesota-based community service dedicated to providing food, housing and resources to individuals and families in need. Their goal is to move people from a state of crisis to stability, offering programs that include food support, housing assistance, transportation, and community engagement. CEAP serves the communities of Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park, and parts of East Champlain with the aim of building stronger, healthier communities by responding to the basic needs of people and harnessing the resources of community partners.
