The Hope House, a community outreach initiative of the Church of the Holy Cross, seeks to address homelessness within the community. The resource provides both temporary shelter and long-term transitional housing to homeless individuals and families, with the goal of helping them achieve a stable, self-sufficient lifestyle. In addition to offering safe and secure living quarters, the Hope House also provides a range of support services, including case management, life skills training, and referrals to other needed resources, in order to equip residents with the tools they need to regain independence.
