The Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) is a program offered by Catholic Charities Wichita aimed at preventing and ending homelessness among veteran families. The program provides a range of support services including case management, assistance with obtaining VA and other public benefits, and temporary financial assistance for rent, utilities, moving costs, and security or utility deposits. It strives to promote housing stability among eligible veteran families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
