Hands On Thomas County (HOTC) is a resource dedicated to promoting volunteerism and community service throughout Thomas County, Georgia. While not exclusively focused on homelessness, the organization offers a broad range of opportunities for individuals and groups to engage in various community projects that indirectly address homelessness. These include food drives, home repairs for the needy, community clean-ups, and more. HOTC provides a platform for volunteers to get involved, make a difference, and help those less fortunate, including the homeless population.
