Aspire Health Partners offers a Homeless Services Program, designed to provide comprehensive services to homeless individuals and families. These services include case management, mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, assistance with obtaining housing, and linkage to needed community resources. Their primary goal is to decrease homelessness in the community by helping participants become self-sufficient. The program is available to individuals who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, and who also have a mental health and/or substance abuse disorder.
