Ability Housing is a non-profit organization based in Florida that aims to provide quality, affordable community-inclusive housing for individuals and families who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, or adults with a disability. The organization believes that stable housing is the first step towards stability, improved health, and economic self-sufficiency. It uses a Housing First approach, wherein immediate access to permanent affordable housing is provided without preconditions or barriers, and combines it with voluntary supportive services to address the underlying issues that contribute to homelessness and housing instability.
