HomeFirst is a comprehensive resource for homelessness in Santa Clara County, California. The organization provides a wide range of services to the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless, including emergency shelters, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, and services to help individuals and families maintain stable housing. The goal of HomeFirst is to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring. It serves more than 5800 adults, veterans, families and young adults each year who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
