The Navigation Center, a program of the St. Vincent de Paul Society of San Francisco, focuses on providing a holistic approach to addressing homelessness. The center offers a variety of services including case management, supportive housing, access to medical and mental health services, and assistance with public benefits. The innovative, low-threshold model prioritizes serving people who are often resistant to traditional shelter systems, including those with partners, pets, or personal belongings, and those who may have lost trust in the system due to previous experiences.
