The Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission (EOC) provides a Transitional Shelter Program to those experiencing homelessness in the Fresno area. Through this resource, individuals and families are offered temporary housing facilities and supportive services for up to 24 months. The program is designed to help participants gain stability and independence through a variety of supportive services including case management, counseling services, job readiness training, life skills coaching, and assistance in securing permanent housing. The overall aim is to support individuals and families as they transition from homelessness to self-sufficiency.
