The Community Kitchens is a resource dedicated to alleviating homelessness and hunger through the provision of free meals. Serving two locations in Birmingham, Alabama, the organization offers meals twice a day, five days a week. In addition, The Community Kitchens also provides groceries to families in need. The organization operates with the belief that nobody should ever have to decide between buying food or paying for other basic needs, and therefore works tirelessly to help those in the community who are most vulnerable.
