The Rutland Housing Authority has served the Rutland community since 1963 with housing that is affordable and service enriched. As one of eight municipal Public Housing Authorities in the State of Vermont, we administer both Public Housing and Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher programs, affordable housing developments and supportive services for our residents and community at large.
