There Are Currently 78 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah Serves the Moab, Metropolitan Area.

The Housing Authority of Southeastern Utah (HASU) was established in 1994 and has extensive experience in the development, construction, and management of Affordable Housing programs. With a focus on serving the housing needs of low and very low-income families in Southeastern Utah, HASU utilizes various programs such as HUD's Housing Choice Voucher program (Section 8), USDA's Mutual Self Help program, Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credits for Multi Family Development, the CROWN Rent-to-Own program, and our Virginian Apartments.
