Description

There Are Currently 1274 Units Available Under Management by the Davis Community Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Davis Community Housing Authority Serves the Farmington, Metropolitan Area.

We administer a wide variety of programs in our continued effort to meet our local need for affordable housing. We own and manage several apartment complexes and single-family dwellings throughout the county, as well as administer federal housing programs for the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), including the Public Housing program and Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.  We work with community partners to advocate for the needs of households with low-income.
