There Are Currently 1274 Units Available Under Management by the Davis Community Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Davis Community Housing Authority Serves the Farmington, Metropolitan Area.

In order to address the demand for affordable housing in our community, we oversee a diverse range of initiatives. Our responsibilities include the ownership and management of numerous apartment complexes and single-family homes across the county. Additionally, we are entrusted with the management of federal housing programs on behalf of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), such as the Public Housing program and Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers. Collaboration with local partners is integral to our efforts as we strive to advocate for the requirements of low-income households.
