There Are Currently 180 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of Olney. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of Olney Serves the Olney, Metropolitan Area.
The Olney Housing Authority consists of three programs; Public Housing which is under the direction of HUD, Highland West Apartments which are under the direction of the USDA and receives rental assistance from HUD, and the Northside Apartments which are under the direction of USDA. There are a total of 250 apartments located on 9 different sites throughout the city of Olney.
