There Are Currently 255 Units Available Under Management by the Taylor Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Taylor Housing Authority Serves the Taylor, Metropolitan Area.
The Taylor Housing Authority (THA) was established to provide affordable housing for families within the Taylor community. THA receives funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Functions of HUD include, but are not limited to establishing policies and procedures, ensuring public housing agencies comply with the code of federal regulations, and provide funding through subsidies.
