It is through the diligent work of staff and community partners that we are able to continue the work lha has done in the community since 1939. Lha owns and manages 994 safe, decent, and affordable public housing units in 8 locations and administers the housing choice voucher program for 1,390 families in the private housing sector in laredo, zapata, and asherton.
