There Are Currently 1101 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Nacogdoches. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Nacogdoches Serves the Nacogdoches, Metropolitan Area.

Our main purpose is to provide safe, decent, and sanitary housing for low-income families throughout Nacogdoches County. While providing this service we also are working toward providing home ownership opportunities and self-sufficiency for these families. We also work to promote drug abuse elimination and prevention and healthy lifestyles for our participants. It is our intention to continue providing excellent service in our programs at a minimum of expense.
