There Are Currently 50 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Centerville. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Centerville Serves the Centerville, Metropolitan Area.

Provides housing assistance to low-income, residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing. This program is income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. There is a waiting list for these rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants based on the size of and length of wait on the lists.
