There Are Currently 744 Units Available Under Management by the Kingsville Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Kingsville Housing Authority Serves the Kingsville, Metropolitan Area.
The Housing Authority currently has 4 public housing developments comprised of Casa Ricardo Villa, Connell Villa, Maple Circle and Horizon Village. We assist 590 families through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. In addition to our Public Housing and Section 8 Programs, we are also in partnership with two Tax Credit Properties, Courts of Las Palomas with 128 units and Kings Crossing with 120 units.
