There Are Currently 50 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Gladewater. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Gladewater Serves the Gladewater, Metropolitan Area.
Our mission is to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for low income families. We do this by partnering with ArkTex Council of Governments Project Based Section 8 program.
The Project Has 20 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
