There Are Currently 45 Units Available Under Management by the Waelder Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Waelder Housing Authority Serves the Waelder, Metropolitan Area.
The Waelder Housing Authority is regulated through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Our goal is to provide improved living conditions for low-income families while maintaining their rent payments at an affordable level.
The Project Has 46 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
