There Are Currently 42 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of Teague. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of Teague Serves the Teague, Metropolitan Area.
The Teague Housing Authority provides high quality, low-income housing in 76 units within the city limits under the Public & Assisted Housing Programs. Efficiency, 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom units are available to qualifying families, elderly and handicapped or disabled individuals; provided they meet all the other criteria of eligibility. The rent is based on approximately 30% of the families’ gross income less allowable deductions. Pets are allowed under strict guidelines.
