There Are Currently 85 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of Rotan. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of Rotan Serves the Rotan, Metropolitan Area.

Double Mountain Property Management, a division of the City of Rotan Texas, operates as a governmental organization. Our primary objective is to ensure that elderly, disabled, and low-income families have access to suitable, secure, and clean housing. We oversee the management of a total of 86 units, consisting of 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom options, as part of the Public Housing Program. Additionally, we manage 23 units, offering 2- and 3-bedroom accommodations, under the supervision of USDA/Rural Development. Our operations are carried out in accordance with the guidelines and directives established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
