There Are Currently 119 Units Available Under Management by the Bolivar Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Bolivar Housing Authority Serves the Bolivar, Metropolitan Area.

Bolivar Housing Authority was established in 1962 as an affordable income based rental housing development funded by HUD through contract with the City of Bolivar. All are welcome to apply. One through five bedroom apartments are available.
