The Housing Authority of the City of Vermillion exists primarily to provide safe, decent, and sanitary housing for families who cannot afford suitable housing accommodations in the private market. In addition to our primary purpose of improving the living conditions of low- and moderate-income persons, it is also our endeavor to help improve their economic and social standing available. As a Housing Authority, we must always seek to provide dignity, privacy, and personal safety for our residents.
