There Are Currently 381 Units Available Under Management by the Lincoln Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Lincoln Housing Authority Serves the Lincoln, Metropolitan Area.
The Lincoln Housing Authority (LHA) was incorporated in 1963 for the purpose of providing affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing to individuals and families with low-incomes in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Since its inception, LHA has serviced over 3,000 needy families, most of which are elderly. LHA prides itself on its reputation as being a provider of beautiful, safe, secure affordable housing. The Authority has a total of 246 units for elderly or persons with disabilities at two sites, Lincoln Manor and Manville Manor. LHA also provides six units of family housing at Woodland Terrace. LHA administers 124 Housing Choice Vouchers. The management of the LHA’s properties have been consistently rated “High Performing” by The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
