There Are Currently 715 Units Available Under Management by the Wayne County Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Wayne County Housing Authority Serves the Waymart, Metropolitan Area.

Wayne County Housing Authority (WCHA) has been in operation since 1971. Our total housing inventory includes103 Section 8 New Construction units in two developments. We also provide rental subsidies for 715 units under our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, which covers both Wayne and Pike counties.
