There Are Currently 1887 Units Available Under Management by the Washington County Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Washington County Housing Authority Serves the Washington, Metropolitan Area.
The mission of the Washington County Housing Authority is to develop, manage, and administer quality housing for low and moderate-income persons and to promote economic growth and quality living environments in our communities. We strive to pursue this mission within the context of limited government resources by providing assistance to our clients (residents) and results in (1) leveraging HUD resources with those of the private sector and other public agencies, (2) efficient program administration, and (3) creative approached to problem solving.
