There Are Currently 727 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Oil City. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Oil City Serves the Oil City, Metropolitan Area.
Since 1958, the Oil City Housing Authority (OCHA) has been working to meet the need for federally assisted housing in Oil City. The first housing units were constructed and opened in 1972. Today, OCHA operates 829 units of elderly/disabled and family housing throughout Oil City and Venango County.
