There Are Currently 396 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the County of Elk. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the County of Elk Serves the Johnsonburg, Metropolitan Area.
The Elk County Housing Authority was created in 1971 in order to help the citizens of the Elk and Cameron Countes find affordable housing. The Housing Authority provides assistance to nearly 400 families or individuals through the programs we administer.
The Project Has 6 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
