There Are Currently 277 Units Available Under Management by the Titusville Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Titusville Housing Authority Serves the Titusville, Metropolitan Area.
Providing decent, safe and affordable housing to low-income residents of the City of Titusville, PA. We accomplish this by offering a variety of programs including: Public Housing for families and elderly/disabled individuals; the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program; and the Billie Brown Building – housing for elderly and disabled individuals. In all programs, tenant rent is based on income, so rent is affordable for all.
The Project Has 27 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
