There Are Currently 165 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Henryetta. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Henryetta Serves the Henryetta, Metropolitan Area.
The Henryetta Housing Authority provides low-cost, low-rent options for the community. Our Mission is to provide eligible families and individuals with adequate and affordable housing, economic advancement, and homeownership opportunities in a safe, drug-free, suitable, living environment without discrimination. Established in the late 1970s, the Henryetta Housing Authority provides federally subsidized housing and resident services for low income households. Owns and/or operates housing through the Low Rent Housing Program also known as Public Housing and administers Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.
The Project Has 64 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
