These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Perry County Metropolitan Housing Authority Serves the Crooksville, Metropolitan Area.
The Perry Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) is a public entity that is funded basically through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. PMHA provides safe, sanitary, affordable, and fair housing to low income individuals/families. PMHA currently have three housing programs which are Public Housing, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, and Perry DD Supported Living Program.
