There Are Currently 7295 Units Available Under Management by the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority Serves the Toledo, Metropolitan Area.
The programs and services are the result of successful collaborations with numerous community partners. Our current housing portfolio consists of 2,633 Affordable Housing units across 26 distinct communities; 4,685 Housing Choice Vouchers; 322 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) units; 198 Market Rate units; and, 107 Rent-to-Own properties.
