The Harrison Metropolitan Housing Authority (HMHA), a civil subdivision of the State of Ohio, was founded in 1979, our mission is to provide safe, decent and sanitary housing conditions for families of modest incomes and to manage resources efficiently. HMHA promotes personal, economic and social upward mobility to provide families in Harrison County, Ohio the opportunity to make the transition from subsidized to non-subsidized housing.
