There Are Currently 474 Units Available Under Management by the Fayette Metropolitan Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Fayette Metropolitan Housing Authority Serves the Washington Court House, Metropolitan Area.
The Purpose of (FMHA) is to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for the low-income families. In order to be eligible for our programs, there are income limits that cannot be exceeded, depending on your family size. (Income limits are subject to change annually.)
