Columbiana Metro Housing Authority (CMHA) promotes the overall goal of drug-free, healthy, safe, affordable, decent, and sanitary housing in good neighborhoods. A major goal is to provide a product that is comparable to private non-assisted rental housing in terms of amenities and services.
