The mission of Santa clara pueblo housing authority (scpha) is to develop and maintain safe, adequate and afforable new and traditional housing for residents of santa clara Pueblo, while preserving tribal traditions and self-governance. scpha is also involved in developing economic infractructure to improve the socio-economic status of all tribal resident.
