There Are Currently 1176 Units Available Under Management by the West New York Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the West New York Housing Authority Serves the West New York, Metropolitan Area.
The West New York Housing Authority (WNYHA) has been offering shelter and support to township residents since 1949. Today, the WNYHA, led by Robert DiVincent, continues to aggressively pursue alternative development methods for increasing affordable housing in the community while providing its residents with economic development opportunities. The WNYHA currently owns and operates 714 family and elderly units in eight developments, and administers 316 section 8 housing choice vouchers.
