There Are Currently 49 Units Available Under Management by the Red Cloud Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Red Cloud Housing Authority Serves the Red Cloud, Metropolitan Area.
The RCHA has three sites: Park View, Park View Addition and Valley View. The Park View and Park View Addition sites are situated within a few blocks south of downtown. The Valley View site is located directly south of the elementary school and football field and north of Cherry Corner Estates, an assisted living facility. All RCHA units offer a comfortable environment where residents can enjoy independent living.
The Project Has 33 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
