There Are Currently 131 Units Available Under Management by the Central Nebraska Jt Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Central Nebraska Jt Housing Authority Serves the Loup City, Metropolitan Area.
The Housing Department (HD) focuses on providing housing opportunities within the Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership 21-County Service Area. The Housing Department assists families in accessing local, state, and federal housing dollars. Some of the activities include housing rehabilitation, affordable rentals, and energy saving repairs. Each program offering these activities has income eligibility guidelines.
