There Are Currently 75 Units Available Under Management by the Nebraska City Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Nebraska City Housing Authority Serves the Nebraska City, Metropolitan Area.

Nebraska City Housing Authority has remained a valuable service to Nebraska City residents and the surrounding areas, assisting over 6,750 persons find affordable and safe housing since 1964.  The NCHA staff are dedicated to the philosophy of offering affordable and safe housing, that provides pathways to improved well-being and self suffiencincy.
